This is why DRIcore panels are utilize for subflooring methods instead of plywood or sleepers.

Major advantage of DRIcore is that it is much thinner than the other materials. The DRIcore per square foot is said to support about 4000 pounds, which is considered to be quite strong for a garage floor. The one panel sizes around 2x2 ft and weighs 8lbs.
The panels⤙ grooves and tongue edges can easily snap together using a block of wood and hammer. It is not required, nor is it recommended, to use glue. And if you want to cut the panels, just use any woodcutting saw.
It is common for wood composite garage floor tiles to expand and adjust to climate changes. It is recommended to have a ¼ inch extra space around its perimeter. Secure the first row panels with concrete screw and protect the front edge with transition strip.
However, the DRIcore is difficult to find. You may look into someone that has connection with the company⤙s site but to be able to do this you need to have a special order at Home Depot or Lowes. The price is about $7 per tile or $1.75 per sqr ft.
